Just got a quote from Window World and have to say I was really impressed with the experience. The rep Mike Kendrena came to our house and not only provided a thorough quote with a few options we are considering, he also gave us a ton of information about windows, the process and what we can expect when we get the process started. He patiently answered all of our questions even though it was hot outside and we had workers jackhammering inside the house. The whole process really made us trust Window World for this project.

10 years ago we had selected Window World products for our 3 story townhome. Some of our large french doors habe more than 2 Panels
We live within 2 miles of the ocean and went through several storm periods. We never had any problems whatsoever. All our windows look today like the were installed yesterday.
Each year one or two of our outdoor screens need repairing. It takes one phone call and within a few days a very professional technician comes out to repair free of charge! By the way, we have had the same technician for all those 10 years - kudos to the owners and their team!.

We installed new windows in our home 18 months ago. This past March, a sprinkler head malfunctioned and sprayed water directly onto a living room window. The water seeped into our home through a faulty seal and between the double-paned glass of the window sash. I contacted Window World and they could not have been more helpful. They sent out a team of installers to assess the problem and informed us that they would replace the window sash. The sash was replaced in April. The entire process was smooth and there were no attempts to deny our claim. The company accepted their responsibility and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Window World to anyone needing window replacement as they are a company with the integrity to stand behind their work and their products.
